Leap Day, Leap Year!

   Happy Leap Day! What are you doing with your extra day? We are doing laundry and going to play outside. Compared to the last couple weeks this past week was not so exciting so this post will be short and sweet.
   Monday we took Rachel to school then came home and worked out and did laundry and finally got you all caught up on the blog. Tuesday both girls had school and Alec and I finally made it back to Jazzercise. Alec was so excited to see his friends and even enjoyed seeing the people that go to class. 
Alec was still tired from the last couple weeks so he decided he wanted to rock and take a nap on Tuesday, while he napped Becca and I enjoyed playing. She was being silly and wanted to do some videos on my phone. I love her little personality most days, don't get me wrong we butt heads a lot but man that little smile melts my heart.

    Wednesday Jen Hampton needed me to watch Delcey so when we dropped off Rachel at school we picked up Delcey. The kids had a great time playing with her. They played dress up, played outside, and all took naps. It was a great day. Jen brought Rachel home when she came to pick up Delcey. The girls did not have CCD so we just stayed home, had supper and baths, and went to bed.

    Thursday we took the girls to school then gave Debbie, Barrett, and Hadley a ride to the surgery center to get their car while Andy had surgery. We did not make 8:30 Jazzercise so we went at 9:30. It was a great class and I had to leave a little early to go get Becca from school. After we picked up Rachel Tracee Hinton and the kids came out to play. They went home right before supper and then Aaron and Ashlynn came out and had supper with us. They were in town because Ash hurt her ankle really bad and they brought her down to get x-rays and make sure it was not broken. No broken bones but she is on crutches and in a boot for a couple weeks.
    Friday we took Rachel to school then went to Wal-mart. We came home and cleaned that afternoon then after work we went to town to eat and went to the Mullen girls District basketball game. Rachel did not want to go so she went to Lisa's but the rest of us had a good time at the game. Mullen lost and we had to leave early as Tyson, Camden, and Grady were on the way to our house on the way back from skiing.
   Tyson and the boys stayed with us all weekend. We all had a great time and the kids all play so well together. We spent all day Saturday outside, swinging, golfing, building forts, and playing basketball. Kate, Justin, and the kids came out and joined us for lunch. Saturday night was the Buffalo Bill Bash in town and since Tyson was here Mike decided not to go so I went to the Bash with friends. It was a great evening. The boys and kids enjoyed movies at home while I was gone.

   Sunday the girls and I went to church while Mike and Alec ran some errands. After Church we came home and while the boys worked in the shop the girls and I cleaned the house. They are actually getting to be good little helpers and we had the whole house done in no time. We then went out to the shop and practiced some more golf before coming in for movie night. This week we watched the Good Dinosaur. It was a cute little movie. The kids then went to bed and I was not far behind.
