I love taking pictures I just wish I had more time to sit at the computer and mess with them. I finally got Rachel's 3rd Birthday book done, just a few changes and it is ready to order. I love doing the girl's birthday book. It is amazing to see all the changes in one year. I hope that I always take the time to make them a book. What a special gift it will be to look back a the books with them.
Last week we spent a lot of time in town. We had play dates, shopping trips, and even got to have a picnic lunch with Mike one day and Liza and Ashlyn came to town for lunch another. I love spring. The grass is so green and the weather is so nice. We enjoy all the visitors and are really glad that we are closer to family and get to enjoy them.
Saturday we took off for Alma in the morning. We met Melissa at Elm Creek and Mike went to Alma to golf with Nick while Lissa and I took the girls to Kearney shopping. We helped get some things for their baby boy and I even got a couple of things for my office and the girls.
We then went to Alma and joined Mike and Nick at Nick's boss's house for dinner. Rachel was disappointed she was not able to swim but Roger was rejoined with his mom, dad, and bother. He had a great time playing and I promised Rachel we could go swimming next time we went to visit. Nick and Melissa are keeping Roger this week while we are in Virginia.
Today and tomorrow will be filled with cleaning and packing. I am hoping that I don't have to make a trip to town before we go. I have a couple new activities for Rachel for the airplane. I however am not sure what Becca will be like. She does like to be held so I am hoping that will help. I am going to take some of her favorite toys but I also don't want to haul a bunch of stuff around. I will hopefully have a bunch of pictures and stories when we get back next Monday.
Now for the pictures. I hope everyone enjoys there week and say a prayer for us Wednesday that we get to the airport on time, make all our flights, and that we don't go crazy in the process.
Happy 3rd Birthday Boo!
Playing with her new bubble gun.
Blowing bubbles for Becca.
It was to windy outside so Becca watched from the kitchen door.
My sweet baby girl.
Riding her new bike. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa Tielke and Aunt Sandi!
The girls love taking baths together. No smiles but they were having fun.
Watching Rachel
Our attempt at a family picture.
Just the girls.
After working in the yard all afternoon, Mike and Rachel were watching a movie and eating there Sunday night dinner of popcorn. Rachel fell asleep on the couch in the middle of eating her popcorn. She is half hanging off the couch and the bowl is about to dump over. She loves her popcorn so that goes to show you how tired she really was.
