June 27 - July 3

Monday June 27th Rachel had weights in the morning and I went for a walk. We then came home and cleaned the house and worked on laundry. It was a hot day so we spent most of the day inside doing housework and relaxing. Tuesday Rachel had weight and then the girls both had volleyball came at Hershey. We traveled to Grant that night for Alec's baseball game. It was so so hot and the boys lost as they played Grants older kids.

Wednesday Rachel had weights and then a skills camp for volleyball. Becca had camp at the college. After camp Josie came home with us to play. Thursday Rachel had summer league basketball in O'Neill, after she was done playing she stayed the weekend with mom and dad. Becca had another day of camp at the college. Alec and I spent the day together golfing, getting groceries, and working around the house. That evening I worked the clock and score book for the T-ball tournament in Hershey.

Friday Becca had her last day of camp. Alec got to go on a day of fun with Lisa and Kaden and Teddy. They played at the park and games at Lisa's before going to the Minion Movie. Mike was on call and ran out south to check cows. I had to work concessions for the Hershey tournament and after it was over and we cleaned up I ran to Sutherland to listen to the Cox brother's play at the bar.

Saturday we did not go to Stuart as Mike was on call for the Holiday. Pat and Wanda came to town and came out for lunch. After lunch the kids and I headed to Staab's for a lake party. We had a great time playing and visiting with friends. Mike came over that evening for some fishing and to eat with us. After dinner we came home and did fireworks.

Sunday Mike did rounds then joined us for church. After church we went to River's Edge to golf and then swim at the pool. We then came home and relaxed before having dinner and the Jorgenson family over to do more fireworks.

So hard to not be in Stuart for the 4th of July as that is what I have always known, but it was such a fun weekend with the kids and friends here!
