Pictures, Pictures, Pictures!!!

Picture's of Beth, Brooke, and Rachel from the Creamer's Visit.
Rachel's new puppy Roger!! She loves him so much.
Another week in the books and another busy weekend to tell everyone about!! Last week came and went very fast. It was Mike's last week without work and he spent most of it studying and doing interviews for the local paper and news. They both turned out really well and he was very happy with how everything went.
This past weekend we went to Mullen for Sean's birthday party. Rachel had a blast playing with all the kids and Mike and I enjoyed hanging out with family and friends. It is really nice to be close and after a long afternoon of playing we came back home to sleep in our own beds!
Sunday was the Hospital Summer party at the CEO's house. It was nice to get to meet some of the other Dr and wives in town. Rachel enjoyed playing with the other kids and even invited another little girl that was a little shy to go play with her.
I can't believe that my little girl is growing up. I guess that it is time since baby is only 8 weeks away,  it is so fun to watch her interact with other children. At the party Sunday one little girl was afraid to go down the slide. As I was sitting in the shade watching I heard Rachel say, "Watch Rachel do it.(As she is sliding down) Weeeee. This is fun!!" She was then asked by another couple what her name was. She replied, "I'm Rachel, and this is my mommy, and my daddy." (She also introduces herself to Roger almost daily. "Hi Roger, I'm Rachel, I'm 2.")
August 1st already!!! Mike started at the hospital today and even had his first case. He said that it was a little more invasive than he had hoped for but that everything went really well! Rachel and I have a couple of activities planned this week and then on Friday we are going to go to Kearney to spend the weekend with the Cadwallader's, the Maas's, Patsy, and the Barney's. Mike is on call so he will be spending the weekend close to the hospital and he only has 10 days until written boards so he will be putting in a lot of study hours.
Have a great week and I will try to keep the pictures coming!
