Omaha

   What a week we are having already. We are enjoying the nice weather but that also means more baths, more daylight, and more struggles at bedtime. I know soon it will be summer and I will wish we were still in school but right now it is hard to get it all done.

    Monday we took Rachel to school and then went to Walmart. I took both the Little's with me this week and again Alec made me carry him most the time. {Kid you need to learn to walk and keep up or become lighter} The rest of Monday we spent at home playing.

    Tuesday Mike took Rachel to school and we stayed home because I had to take Becca to the ENT Dr at 1:30. We played most the morning and then Alec decided to get sick all over at nap time so instead of taking him to Michelle's, Lisa came out to the house and watched him. He slept the whole time we were gone and then felt much better. Dr. Simpson confirmed that Becca does need her tonsils and adenoids out and will have surgery on March 25th. After the Dr. we picked up Rachel and then came home and played. Tuesday night I let Alec take a bath in my big bath with the girls for the first time. He loved it!

     Wednesday we took Rachel to school and then went to Jazzercise. Becca and Alec got to see friends again and I finally attended a whole class pain free. I think we are going to survive this whole tooth surgery yet. After Jazzercise we meet up with Kate, Hanna, and Dutch for coffee and then came home for naps. After school we came home and ate and then we all went to town and while Rachel was at CCD we visited with Grandma Priest. After CCD Aaron and Ashlyn came to stay with us as they both had early morning eye appointments.
   Thursday we took Rachel to school and then came home and finished laundry and packed bags to head to Omaha. Mike picked Rachel up from school and John brought Sam out so that he could go to Omaha with us. We left around 4 for Omaha and got to Kristi's around 8:30 the kids played and we visited with Dad before going to bed.
   Friday we got up and I started painting in London's room. After getting the first coat of paint on we all cleaned up and headed to the hospital to see Grandma Tielke. She was doing pretty well after surgery and so we stayed about an hour. After the hospital we took all the kids to Defy Gravity. They all loved it even though Alec was not so sure at first. We then went back to Kristi's and had supper before giving everyone showers or baths and laying down for a movie. Kristi and I then started painting the spare room and finished painting London's room.

    Saturday we finished painting the spare room and then we went to London's basketball game. After the game Kristi feed the kids lunch and gave them naps while I went to see Grandma at the hospital and dropped Sam off with his brother. I also went to Target and picked up a new grill for us. Saturday night we put London's room back together and went to bed.
    Sunday we got up and finished a couple more wall hanging and headed back to North Platte. We dropped Sam off at home and then came home and played outside as it was a very nice day.
