Monday Rachel was sick with a fever so she did not go to school. Mike was home early in the afternoon so I decided to mow and then went to town and had dinner with some friends while Mike had daddy duty! Tuesday Rachel was feeling better so I sent her to school only to get a call at lunch time saying she got sick. Poor girl felt just fine right after and was fine from then on. Becca also got sick after we got home and had a fever most of the day.
Wednesday I took Rachel back to school at lunch time as she really was fine both days. After school we went to CCD and enjoyed visiting Grandma Priest and we were excited to also see Auntie J and Cindy while we were there. After CCD we came home for bed. Thursday Becca woke up with a barking cough and a fever so we again took it easy. Rachel got out of school at 1:45 for teacher in-service. We just relaxed after school and stayed home.
Friday everyone was feeling better so after taking Rachel to school we ventured to Walmart. The kids were both amazing, no crying, or holding and then both got to pick a special treat at checkout!!! Friday evening Nick, Melissa, Tucker, and Kelcee arrived for our weekend of fun. The kids enjoyed eating supper on the deck and then watched Big Hero 6 before bed.
Saturday Alec woke up with the barking cough and a fever. Liza, Wanda, and Ashlyn meet Melissa, Debbie, Rachel, Hadley and I at the Junktober Fest at the event center in the morning then we all came home had lunch and had a birthday party for Rachel, Ashlyn, and Kelcee. Pat joined us around 2 and Auntie J and Grandma Priest also joined us for lunch.
Sunday everyone went home and we just spent the day relaxing. Alec still did not feel well so I spent most of the day in the chair with him.
