Alexander is 9 Months Old

   How can my baby boy be 9 months old already? The time is certainly going faster. I am really scared to think how fast the time will go when he is in high school. The school year has really flown by this year; man how it will fly in 18 years. Don't get me wrong some days cannot get over fast enough, but each week as I sit down to write about our adventures I realize how fast the time is going.
   Last week was a week of sickness. Becca's throat got really sore on Monday we I ended up taking her in to see Dr. Shawn. He tested her for strep but it came back negative so we just treated her with Tylenol and Motrin for the pain. She was pretty lazy and slow Monday and Tuesday both. She was finally feeling better on Wednesday and back to herself by Thursday.
  Rachel had pajama day at school Thursday. She was so excited that she could not decide which pair of pajamas would be the best for school. After school Thursday we went to a friends for a play date. The kids had so much fun playing outside. Alec loved sitting on the deck and yelling at the kids. Then Thursday night Rachel started to run a temp so we spend Friday home with Rachel sick.
   Alec hopefully escaped the sickness; so far so good. He has really started to move. He is still not crawling but he can roll back and forth really fast and push himself backwards to get anywhere he wants to go. It helps that we have wood floors as the backwards pushing is much easier on them. He has started wanting to stand next to things more and I even caught him pulled up to his knees on the toy box. Time to really baby proof the house and clean out all the little things from the toy box. Up next will be lowering his crib:{
    Mike was not on call this weekend but he still had to go in and do a little bit of work. Saturday it was snowing so we stayed in most of the day. Rachel was feeling a little better by Saturday night so we ran to town so I could go to Walmart and get material to make the girls the capes and cloak on Frozen. We then picked up some ice cream and stopped over and saw Grandma Priest. After a visit with Phyllis we went to Margie's for supper. The kids were all really good and it was a great family time.
  Sunday we went to church and then to lunch at Gracie Mae's. We then dropped the kids off at Troshynski's while Mike and I went to the movie Divergent. After the movie we came home and gave the kids baths. Aaron and Liza called and they were coming through town so we went back to town and meet them for supper at Applebee's. The girls had a great time with Sean and Ashlyn and it is always fun to catch up with Aaron and Liza.

How do you like my puppies?

Such a big boy!

These two love to snuggle.

Snack time according to Becca

Playing while mom works on the computer.

They could still be triplets.
