May Week 2

  Since I am so far behind I'm just going to do a new post for each week as I have lots of pictures from this summer and all our activities......

The second week of May was just as busy as the first. Finishing up things at school and getting the yard work done before bed time. Mike was able to take Rachel to school on Monday and I was able to get some paperwork done in my office. After taking Becca to school I came home and mowed before heading back to school to pick up the girls and Elly and Bree. The kids have so much fun when friends come over and play outside so well. I love that I am home and able to help friends with pickup and after school care when they get in a bind. Rachel had softball practice that evening and we enjoyed watching her. Tuesday we took Rachel to school then went to Michelle's to play while she mowed. The kids had a great time jumping on the trampoline with Ashlynn and playing with her toys. We then came home and got a kitten to take to school to show Becca and Rachel's classes. Alec was so proud carrying the box through the halls and showing all the kids. Babs came out after school so that I could run to town and get some errands done before the weekend.

  Wednesday the girls both had school and then Becca had her first t-ball practice that evening. Mike was getting off at the same time we headed to town we I dropped off Rachel and Alec with him and they enjoyed going out to eat while Becca and I were at practice. Thursday Rachel had her field trip to Buffalo Bill Ranch; we came home after taking Rachel to school and cleaned until Becca went to school at noon. After school we spent some time with the kittens before heading out to the lake to help Traci take out some cabinets. The kids had a great time playing while Traci and I worked.

  Friday was field day at school and we all enjoyed a very nice day watching and playing with Rachel's class. Rachel went to Elly's after school and Maci came over to watch the kids while I went out with Michelle and Stacy to celebrate Stacy's birthday and Mike was on call.

  Saturday we picked up the Tiller and worked on the garden before going to Alanna and Thomas's graduation party. Grandma Wanda was in town and we enjoyed visiting with her also. Sunday we went to church and then to Grandma Priest's. Becca stayed to play with Juliann and we picked her up on the way to Ellie Fudge's graduation party. We mowed and worked in the garden more Sunday evening then enjoyed some drinks with the neighbors. We noticed before going in the house that evening that Roger had a sagging face on the left side and could not blink his eye. We thought maybe he just got into something and went to bed.
