November 5 - November 11

Since the weather was still nice the first part of November we decided to start some of the camper remolding that we had planned for this spring. So this week I spent most of my free time during the day working on the camper!
Monday I took the kids to school and ran to Walmart for some cleaning supplies before coming home and starting on the clean up of the upper bed area of the camper. We didn't realize there was a leak in the front top window until I was cleaning the camper for Katie and Matt to stay in and the top cushions were wet. After more cleaning I found out that the whole front of the camper was holding water, so I spend part of the day Monday scrubbing the front of the camper and letting it dry. After picking up Alec we came home and started the flooring in the camper. We decided to go with the peel and stick tiles. They went down pretty easy the floor was just not square so my lines didn't all line up but overall it looks so much better. Elly came home with us after school to play and that night we had spaghetti and homemade meatballs for supper.
Tuesday I took kids to school and then came home and worked out. After picking up Alec I finished the flooring in the camper. The bathroom was the hardest part but overall it didn't take as long as I thought it would. That evening we had a meeting for all the parents for Basketball with the coach. He was very determined to keep all the girls rotating between 2 teams and to keep them all playing together as long as possible. Wednesday the kids day school and did worked on laundry and housework. I made hamburger soup for supper that night and we all enjoyed reading and hanging out before bed.
Thursday the kids had school and after picking up Alec we went to lunch at Whiskey Creek with Auntie J, Grandma Priest, Dana, Colton, and Sammy. Auntie J then took Alec and Colton to the Children's Museum while Mike and I went to the bank and signed the closing papers on the Campbell Section of ground. The girls rode the bus home and got home about 20 minutes before we did. That evening we played basketball in the shop before getting everyone in the showers and to bed.
Friday the kids didn't have school because of fall break so the kids and I headed to Mom and Dad's for the weekend and Mike was on call. We enjoyed hanging out at Mom's that afternoon before heading to Stuart that evening to watch the Grinch with Ansley for her birthday!
Becca and Lexa

Becca could have cuddled her all day
Friday night we stayed at Sandi's and enjoyed sleeping in their basement they finally got finished. Saturday we got up and enjoyed cuddles with Lexa and Axel and breakfast before going to the shop and picking up our pork from Clay and heading home. It was a quick trip north but we enjoyed seeing everyone and I really enjoyed being home on Saturday night to spend time with Mike and the kids.
Morning Cuddles with Lexa

Sunday morning Alec woke up with Croup and a Fever so we didn't go to church and just stayed home and cuddled and watched movies. Rachel had basketball practice at 5. She is much stronger this year and is enjoying basketball more than she thought she would and is really good when she spends time practicing during the week. Overall we spent more time at home this week then the past weeks and it was really nice to get some projects out of the way that I have been wanting to work on.
