Monday September 19th the kids had school and I had an eye exam at 10. Dr. O'Conner says my eye sight is still perfect and he hopes the kids get my eyes not Mike's. That afternoon I left for Rachel's volleyball game at Chase County. It was a late night but Rachel played great and we came home with the win. Mike was not feeling well when he woke up so he took a Covid test just to prove he didn't have Covid. Little did he know that is actually what he had. Since we are in a busy season of sports and school he spent the week sleeping in the camper and working in his shop. Not what he wanted to do for the week but he felt fine and was able to get the shop clean and organized.
Tuesday I took kids to school then came home and did some house work before my annual Dr appointment. I then went to Walmart for groceries and to the school to meet with Emma. That afternoon we set up for Teammates Nacho night. After school Alec had a football game and Becca has volleyball practice. Alec's team won and he had some great plays. Alec then was not feeling well when we got home and up in the night but he was better by the next morning so he went to school at noon. Rachel had band early so I took her in and Trisha took Becca to school since Alec was home. I took him to school at noon and then went to the church to prepare my lessons. Rachel had church that night so I brought the little home at 5:30 and we had supper and then I went back to Sutherland to pick up Rachel and Jensyn.
Thursday I took the kids to school then came home and did housework and worked out. Rachel had a home game after school so Alec went with Elder's to his game and Becca went with Josie to practice. After Rachel's game I hustled to North Platte to watch the end of Alec's game. They won again. Then we picked up Becca and headed home.
