January 24 - 30

Monday January 24th I subbed in the resource room in the morning and then went to town to get groceries. Rachel then played a little bit in the SPVA games for the A team. After Rachel's games we went to the D&N to watch Becca play. Becca's team won and Becca had a great night of ball.

Tuesday I took the kids to school then came home to work on Laundry and work around the house. Jen and I then left around 2 to go to Garden County for Rachel's basketball game, it was a very physical game. Trisha brought Alec and Becca home after school and Grandma and Granddad came out to visit as they were in town.

Wednesday I took the kids to school and stayed to sub in the library. I also helped server Teammate's breakfast to Mentors that morning. After school we had CCD and Rachel had basketball practice and then CCD. That evening the littles and I came home and had dinner with Mike before I went back to Sutherland to get Rachel and Jensyn. Thursday I worked in the library again. Rachel again had practice and Becca played for 3rd and 4th in the D&N basketball league tournament. It was a very physical game and Becca was mad that the referees let it get so physical. (So were a lot of the parents!) After Becca's game I took Rachel to Piano while Mike brought Becca and Alec home. Friday Rachel had morning practice and Trisha took the littles to school. I cleaned house in the morning then went to school to sub for Dani in PE. Rex came home with us to play after school. He stayed until Mike and I had to leave for a PA Candidate dinner. Alec went to Rex's to play while we were at dinner.

Saturday I we all slept in and then I started some meat on the smoker. I then worked on the Lego closet under the stairs. I was also working on laundry and the kids enjoyed a  lazy day around the house. Sunday we went to church then the girls and I headed to Gothenburg for a basketball tournament. Becca got asked to play with the 5th grade class. She was very nervous but did great. Rachel's team ended up winning. Mike and Alec stayed home and worked in the shop then went to Marty and Lisa's to watch the Chiefs game.
