March 7 - March 13

   Monday March 7th was crazy as we were headed out of town on Wednesday and there was so much to get done. I took the kids to school then went to town to run errands. I then came home to work on house work until it was time to get kids. Rachel and I then went to town to get our Covid test so that we could fly on Thursday morning. We all came back negative which was why Becca and I both wore masks to the Daddy Daughter dance. We then picked up supper before coming home. I had a HELP club meeting that night.

   Tuesday I took the kids to school then came home to pack. That took most the day. I then went and picked up kids. Rachel had volleyball after school and got a ride home from the neighbor. Wednesday it snowed and school was cancelled. Mike went to work for the morning. Due to snow most people didn't show up so we were able to pack and get on the road. The roads were not great but we made it slowly to Denver. We found a hotel close to the airport and walked to an Italian place for dinner. It was a great dinner and then back to the hotel to get to sleep so that we could get up super early for our flight.

   Thursday it was a 3:30 am wake up call to get on our flight to Atlanta and then to Montego Bay. We then had a 2 1/2 hr bus ride to our Beaches Resort at Ochoa Rios. It was pretty dark by the time we got there so we just walked around the resort and took pictures that night and went to dinner. Our room thermostat was set crazy and what I thought was Celsius was F so we froze to death the first night but other than that the room was nice. Small but we all had our own beds so everyone was happy. We were tired from the early morning and all the travel so we were in bed watching movie and asleep early on Day 1.

   Friday we slept in and then it was breakfast, some games, and then swim suits while we waited for the Raatz family to come in!

  Saturday we went to breakfast and then spent the whole day at the pool!!

   Sunday we spent part of the day at the beach. The beach was very small and the kids likes the pool and water slides much better. The guys went diving in the morning and then did a night dive. When they got back from their night dive we all went out to dinner. There was a silent disco night on the patio that the kids enjoyed while we waited for our food.
